DISPATCH

For stocked items, orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days form order being placed.

For bespoke items, the lead time is 1-2 weeks. Bespoke items can be identified by ‘BESPOKE’ in the items description.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary by delivery address. For delivery it can take between one to five working days from dispatch.

We currently only deliver to the UK.

RETURNS POLICY

For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to cover any repackaging costs.

If you wish to return an item please fill out our online return form below.

You will be responsable for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsable for lost or goods damaged by the delivery company.

REFUNDS

After our warehouse receives your returned products and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, your return will be processed to the same Credit or Debit Card used to place your order. An email confirmation will be sent after the refund has been processed. Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card Company’s policies.
