Returns and Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Partial Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@guzzetti.co and send your item to us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to us.

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
